# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
02 - In a large bowl, combine the canola oil, brown sugar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
03 - Add the pork belly pieces to the oil mixture, ensuring each piece is well coated.
04 - Lay the pork belly pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket. (You may need to cook in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.)
05 - Air fry the pork belly cubes for 18-20 minutes, shaking and flipping them a couple of times during cooking. Cooking time may vary depending on the size of your pork belly pieces and air fryer.
