Cut peeled bananas into thin, even circles, aiming for about ⅛-inch thickness.

In a small bowl, combine cinnamon and sugar. Drizzle bananas with melted coconut oil or butter and toss gently. Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar blend over the slices, making sure they’re covered well.

Set your air fryer to 350°F (175°C). Let it run for 3 to 5 minutes to warm up before using.
