Banana Chips Air Fryer (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 2 bananas, slightly ripe and firm (cut into thin slices about ⅛ inch thick)
02 - 1 tablespoon melted butter or coconut oil
03 - ½ teaspoon cinnamon, ground
04 - 1 tablespoon sugar (regular or coconut, your choice)

# Instructions:

01 - Cut peeled bananas into thin, even circles, aiming for about ⅛-inch thickness.
02 - In a small bowl, combine cinnamon and sugar. Drizzle bananas with melted coconut oil or butter and toss gently. Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar blend over the slices, making sure they’re covered well.
03 - Set your air fryer to 350°F (175°C). Let it run for 3 to 5 minutes to warm up before using.
04 - Place banana slices in one layer inside the air fryer basket. Cook for about 8 to 10 minutes, flipping them halfway. They’re done when they’re crisp and golden.
05 - Lay chips on a wire rack to cool. This helps them crisp up more. You can snack on them right away or store them for later.

# Notes:

01 - Pick bananas that aren’t too soft. They’ll taste better and crisp up nicely.
02 - Feel free to tweak the amount of cinnamon and sugar to match your taste buds.
03 - Overlapping slices won’t crisp up. Keep them spaced out in the fryer.
04 - If chips seem a bit soft when warm, no worries—they’ll firm up as they cool.
05 - Keep them fresh by storing in a sealed container at room temperature for up to three days.
