Cinnamon Roll Bliss (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 tsp vanilla extract
02 - 1/4 cup granulated sugar
03 - 1/2 cup melted unsalted butter
04 - 1 tbsp cinnamon powder
05 - 1 cup light or dark brown sugar
06 - 1 tsp baking powder
07 - 1 cup all-purpose flour
08 - 2 large eggs
09 - 2 tbsp milk for glaze
10 - 1 cup powdered sugar for glaze

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your oven on to 350°F (175°C) and get an 8×8 inch pan ready by lining it with parchment.
02 - Take a big bowl and stir the melted butter with both sugars until smooth and shiny.
03 - Mix in eggs, one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract. Stir until it's all mixed together.
04 - In a different bowl, combine some flour, cinnamon, baking powder, and a pinch of salt.
05 - Slowly stir the dry mix into the wet mixture. Don't overdo it—just enough to blend.
06 - To make the cinnamon swirl, mix some sugar with cinnamon in a small bowl. Spread half the batter in the pan, sprinkle with part of the cinnamon mix, then layer the rest of the batter and finish with the remaining swirl.
07 - Bake for about 25-30 minutes. Check the middle with a toothpick; it should come out clean.
08 - While the blondies cool, mix powdered sugar and milk till smooth. Drizzle it on top while they’re still warm.
