Blondies Cinnamon Bliss (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
02 - 1 cup powdered sugar (for the drizzle)
03 - 1/4 cup granulated sugar
04 - 2 large eggs
05 - 1 tsp baking powder
06 - 1/2 cup melted unsalted butter
07 - 2 tbsp milk (for the drizzle)
08 - 1 cup brown sugar, light or dark
09 - 1 tsp vanilla extract
10 - 1 cup all-purpose flour

# Instructions:

01 - Warm up the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 inch pan with parchment paper.
02 - Stir together the melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar in a big bowl until smooth.
03 - Mix the eggs in one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract until everything's smooth.
04 - In a different bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.
05 - Carefully fold the dry blend into the wet ingredients until the batter comes together. Don’t overmix!
06 - In a small bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon for the swirl. Spread half the batter into the pan, sprinkle on half the cinnamon sugar, cover with the rest of the batter, and finish with the remaining cinnamon sugar.
07 - Pop the pan into the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes. A toothpick poked into the center should come out clean.
08 - While the bars cool a bit, stir powdered sugar and milk together for the glaze. Drizzle it over the warm blondies before serving.
