Cheesy Garlic Shrimp Bake (Print Version)

01 - ¼ cup breadcrumbs
02 - 1 cup heavy cream
03 - ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
04 - 1 lb (450g) shrimp, peeled and deveined
05 - Salt and pepper to taste
06 - 1 tbsp olive oil
07 - 1 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)
08 - ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
09 - 2 tbsp butter
10 - 1 tsp dried oregano
11 - 3 cloves garlic, minced

# Instructions:

01 - Turn on the oven and set it to 375°F (190°C).
02 - On medium heat, melt the butter in a pan. Toss in the minced garlic and cook until it smells amazing.
03 - Put the shrimp into the pan with the garlic butter. Add some salt and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes, just until they turn pink. Take them off the heat.
04 - Place the cooked shrimp into a baking dish. Pour the cream on top. Sprinkle mozzarella, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, oregano, and drizzle it all with a bit of olive oil.
05 - Pop the dish in the oven for 15-20 minutes. Take it out when the top is golden and bubbly.
06 - Top with parsley before serving. Enjoy while it’s warm.

# Notes:

01 - Make sure the shrimp is defrosted completely if it’s frozen.
02 - Pair it with some crusty bread or toss it over pasta to make it a full meal.
03 - For a little extra flavor, splash in some white wine while cooking the shrimp.
