Turn on the oven and set it to 375°F (190°C).

On medium heat, melt the butter in a pan. Toss in the minced garlic and cook until it smells amazing.

Put the shrimp into the pan with the garlic butter. Add some salt and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes, just until they turn pink. Take them off the heat.

Place the cooked shrimp into a baking dish. Pour the cream on top. Sprinkle mozzarella, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, oregano, and drizzle it all with a bit of olive oil.

Pop the dish in the oven for 15-20 minutes. Take it out when the top is golden and bubbly.

Top with parsley before serving. Enjoy while it’s warm.
