Skinny Cherry Banana Smoothie (Print Version)

01 - 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
02 - 240 ml fat-free milk
03 - 120 ml plain Greek yogurt
04 - 1 frozen banana
05 - 120 ml frozen dark sweet cherries

# Instructions:

01 - Chuck the protein powder, milk, yogurt, banana, and cherries into your blender. Blend till it's thick and nice and smooth.
02 - Split it into two glasses and sip right away.
