Coffee Milkshake Chocolate Twist (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Chocolate shavings (toss on top if you want)
02 - Chocolate fudge sauce (if you like, drizzle it on)
03 - Whipped cream (pile on top if you're feeling it)
04 - 120 to 180 ml whole milk or cold brew coffee
05 - 3 scoops (about 375 ml) vanilla ice cream, let it sit out a bit to soften
06 - 1 teaspoon to 1 tablespoon instant coffee or espresso powder (go with your taste)
07 - 5 g cocoa powder, unsweetened

# Instructions:

01 - Grab a cold glass, pour in your milkshake, then add some whipped cream and chocolate curls. Drizzle chocolate sauce over top if that's your thing. Don't wait, drink right away!
02 - Turn on the blender and mix everything until it's nice and smooth. Make sure nothing's stuck on the sides and it's all mixed in well.
03 - Scoop in the ice cream next, then pour in milk or cold brew. Splash in more or less liquid depending on how thick you want it.
04 - Pop the cocoa and coffee powder (if you're using it) into your blender first.

# Notes:

01 - Leftover cold coffee works to give a bolder flavor and skips the dairy too.
02 - If you want a deeper coffee kick, go for a tablespoon. Prefer a lighter touch? Stick with a teaspoon.
03 - Tweak the milk or coffee to make it as thick or thin as you like.
