Tropical Smoothie With Coconut (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Yogurt

01 - 240 ml plain Greek yogurt

→ Liquid

02 - 240 ml coconut milk from the fridge or can, full-fat or lighter
03 - 15 ml fresh lime or key lime juice

→ Fruits

04 - 1 big banana, frozen and cut up
05 - 240 ml frozen mango bits
06 - 240 ml pieces of frozen pineapple

# Instructions:

01 - Pour everything into glasses and sip while it's cold. Don't let it sit.
02 - Blast all your stuff on high until it's silky-smooth. No chunks should be left behind.
03 - Drop your banana, mango, pineapple, yogurt, coconut milk, and lime juice into your blender. Make sure the lid's tight.

# Notes:

01 - Swap in papaya, dragon fruit, passion fruit, or guava if you want to change up the fruit vibe.
02 - If you want it thicker, stick with only frozen fruit. Using fresh fruit? Just add up to 240 ml ice.
03 - For a dairy-free twist, go for a plant-based yogurt.
