Effortless Grape Juice Ice Cream (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base Ingredients

01 - 150 grams white sugar
02 - 240 ml whole milk
03 - 240 ml thick cream
04 - 480 ml pure, unsweetened grape juice

→ Flavor Enhancers

05 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice if you like
06 - 1 teaspoon of vanilla, totally up to you

# Instructions:

01 - Take your frozen treat out about five minutes before you want it so it’s easier to scoop. Grab your bowls or cones, fill them up, and dig in.
02 - Pour the mix in a shallow container that can go in the freezer. Let it chill for 45 minutes, then whip it with a fork or whisk to bust up any icy bits. Repeat this every half hour for about 3 to 4 hours so it gets smooth and creamy. Leave it in the freezer until it firms up.
03 - Dump the whole mix into an ice cream maker. Let it do its thing using the manufacturer's suggestions. Usually takes 20–25 minutes and should look like soft serve. Move it to a sealed freezer container and freeze 4 to 6 hours until fully set.
04 - In a big bowl, pour in the grape juice, sugar, and that lemon juice if you’re using it. Stir it up until the sugar is gone. Add your milk, cream, and the vanilla (if you’re feeling it), then mix until everything’s combined and looking smooth.

# Notes:

01 - Use only 100 grams sugar if your grape juice is already super sweet.
02 - For a no-dairy option, swap out the cream and milk for all coconut or almond milk.
03 - For scoops that hold up well, leave it in the freezer for at least 6 hours or just let it sit overnight.
04 - Stir in some chocolate chips, broken cookies, or swirl in yogurt for more oomph and texture.
05 - Pop it in a tightly-sealed container and stash in the freezer. It'll stay fresh for up to three weeks.
