Blueberry Breakfast Quesadilla (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 125 g frozen blueberries
02 - 2 wedges cinnamon cream cheese spread
03 - 1 large tortilla or flatbread wrap, light

# Instructions:

01 - Cut the quesadilla and dig in while it’s hot.
02 - Fold the wrap over itself, pop it into the skillet, and cook for about two minutes on each side. It should be toasty with gooey berries in the middle.
03 - Give your skillet a quick spritz with cooking spray so nothing sticks.
04 - Smooth cream cheese on one side of your tortilla, then scatter blueberries on top.
05 - Place your nonstick skillet on medium-high and let it get nice and hot.

# Notes:

01 - Any blueberry juice that sneaks out is no big deal, and the whole thing stays together better than you’d think.
02 - If you can’t find cinnamon cream cheese, regular works fine. Just throw in a shake of ground cinnamon.
