Creamy Coffee Mousse (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 ounces of melted dark chocolate, cooled
02 - 1/4 cup powdered sugar
03 - 1/4 cup cooled espresso or strong brewed coffee
04 - 1/2 cup milk
05 - 1 cup of heavy whipping cream

# Instructions:

01 - Beat the heavy cream until it’s nice and thick with firm peaks.
02 - Mix the milk, cooled coffee, confectioners’ sugar, and melted chocolate in a separate bowl.
03 - Carefully fold the whipped cream into your coffee and chocolate mixture.
04 - Spoon the mixture into glasses or small bowls, then refrigerate for two hours or until it’s firm.

# Notes:

01 - Decaf coffee works just as well if you want to skip the caffeine.
02 - Keep it fresh: Cover with plastic wrap and it’ll last up to 2 weeks in the fridge.
03 - Want it frozen? Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 6 months. Leave in the fridge overnight to thaw.
