Easy Apple Cinnamon Loaf (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 large eggs
02 - ⅔ cup vegetable oil
03 - 2 cups milk
04 - 4 cups all-purpose flour
05 - 2 cups white sugar
06 - 1 teaspoon salt
07 - 2 tablespoons baking powder
08 - 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
09 - 1 cup peeled and diced apples

→ Mix In

10 - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
11 - ⅔ cup white sugar

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F and get your loaf pans greased up.
02 - Grab a medium bowl and mix together the flour, salt, sugar, and baking powder. Put it aside when done.
03 - In the bowl of your mixer or a big mixing bowl, beat the eggs, oil, and milk just until they come together.
04 - Slowly add the dry mix into the wet one, stirring only until no dry spots remain. Toss in the diced apples and cinnamon, and gently fold them in.
05 - Divide the batter into the loaf pans. Only fill them about two-thirds full so there's room to rise.
06 - Blend the sugar and cinnamon in a small container. Sprinkle it over each loaf. Use a knife to lightly swirl it in.
07 - Pop the loaves into the oven and bake for 40 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean when poked in the center.

# Notes:

01 - Leave space for the bread to rise, so don't fill loaf pans more than two-thirds full.
02 - Check doneness by seeing if a toothpick comes out clean after inserting it into the middle.
