Set your oven to 350°F and get your loaf pans greased up.

Grab a medium bowl and mix together the flour, salt, sugar, and baking powder. Put it aside when done.

In the bowl of your mixer or a big mixing bowl, beat the eggs, oil, and milk just until they come together.

Slowly add the dry mix into the wet one, stirring only until no dry spots remain. Toss in the diced apples and cinnamon, and gently fold them in.

Divide the batter into the loaf pans. Only fill them about two-thirds full so there's room to rise.

Blend the sugar and cinnamon in a small container. Sprinkle it over each loaf. Use a knife to lightly swirl it in.

Pop the loaves into the oven and bake for 40 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean when poked in the center.
