Tuna Mayo Balls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1½ cups roasted seaweed, shredded
02 - 1-2 tablespoons Japanese mayo (Kewpie)
03 - 150 grams tuna from a can
04 - A tablespoon of sesame oil
05 - 2 cups prepared sushi rice

# Instructions:

01 - Toss the cooked sushi rice, sesame oil, tuna, mayo, and shredded seaweed in a big bowl. Stir until everything's combined well.
02 - Flatten the mix with a spatula, then split it into 8 equal pieces. You can eyeball the portions or cut them evenly.
03 - Roll each piece into a ball with clean or gloved hands. Eat right away while fresh.

# Notes:

01 - Add a bit more mayo if it's too dry, making shaping easier.
