Radish Salad with Feta Dill (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Vegetables and Fresh Herbs

01 - 1/2 cup dill, chopped up nice and fine
02 - 1 small red onion, sliced super thin and split in half
03 - 3 cups of red radishes, ends off and sliced up

→ Dressing

04 - Salt, add just how you like
05 - A few turns of fresh black pepper
06 - 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil, the good stuff
07 - 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
08 - 1 big garlic clove, chopped up tiny
09 - 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
10 - 1/4 cup lemon juice squeezed from a big lemon

→ Finish

11 - 1/2 cup feta, just crumble it in

# Instructions:

01 - Move everything to your favorite bowl, gently fold in the feta, and enjoy it right away so everything stays fresh and crunchy.
02 - Drizzle the dressing you mixed up onto the veggies, then mix it all together so every bit gets coated.
03 - Grab a big bowl and throw in the sliced radishes, onion, and that chopped dill.
04 - Pour the lemon juice, red wine vinegar, minced garlic, and Dijon mustard together in a small bowl. Start whisking and slowly add that olive oil until it mixes together. Add salt and black pepper as you like.

# Notes:

01 - Crumble your own feta for the best bite. Want extra crunch? Stir in the veggies and dressing at the last minute. Not into dill? Mint works great instead.
