Effortless Watermelon Cucumber Feta (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Herbs and Seasonings

01 - Juice from 1 lime
02 - 1 tablespoon chopped basil leaves
03 - Olive oil, as much as you like
04 - Kosher salt, sprinkle to taste
05 - Cracked black pepper, shake to your liking
06 - 1 tablespoon mint, freshly chopped

→ Salad Components

07 - 1 cup (use 2) mini Persian cucumbers, chopped in rounds
08 - 4 cups cubed watermelon (that’s about one small one, no rind)
09 - 85 grams feta cheese (about 3 oz), cut up into cubes

# Instructions:

01 - Gently stir all the stuff together, tweak the flavors if you want, and dig in right away.
02 - Go in with the lime juice, sprinkle your olive oil, then season with salt and black pepper.
03 - Throw your watermelon cubes, cucumber slices, feta chunks, plus mint and basil into a big bowl.
