Marshmallow Swirl Fudge (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Fudge Base

01 - 0.25 teaspoon salt
02 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
03 - 28 g unsalted butter, melted
04 - 397 g sweetened condensed milk
05 - 340 g semi-sweet chocolate chips

→ Swirl Topping

06 - 120 g marshmallow fluff or marshmallow cream

# Instructions:

01 - When it's firm, just grab the fudge with the parchment, slice it up into squares, and dig in.
02 - Stick the pan in your fridge for a couple hours, or until it feels solid to the touch.
03 - Plop spoonfuls of marshmallow fluff all over the top and run a knife around to make cool swirls.
04 - Grab some parchment paper and line a 20×20 cm pan, then press your chocolate mix in and smooth it out.
05 - Take the pan off the heat, throw in the vanilla and salt, and stir until everything comes together.
06 - Toss the chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and melted butter into a medium pot over low heat. Stir non-stop 'til it's all melted and super smooth.

# Notes:

01 - If you want to skip dairy, swap in dairy-free chocolate and coconut condensed milk instead.
02 - Want a little crunch? You can mix in some broken cookies, nuts, or dark chocolate chunks.
03 - S’mores anyone? Put down a layer of graham crackers first, then pour your fudge mixture on top.
