Garlic Chicken Cheese Sandwich (Print Version)

01 - 1 cup cooked chicken, pulled apart
02 - 2 slices of toasted garlic bread
03 - 1/4 cup tangy Dijon mustard
04 - 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, finely grated
05 - 1 tablespoon mayo
06 - 1/2 cup gooey shredded mozzarella
07 - Add a pinch of salt and pepper to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Stir together the pulled chicken with mayo, mustard, a pinch of salt, and some pepper in a bowl.
02 - Layer the chicken mixture on one piece of the bread. Sprinkle the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the top.
03 - Pop the second slice of bread on top. Cook it in a pan on medium heat until the bread is crispy and the cheese gets all melty—about 4-5 minutes per side.
04 - Dig in while it’s still warm!

01 - Homemade or pre-made garlic bread both work fine.
02 - Sprinkle on some fresh parsley or basil to boost flavor.
