Gooey Cookie Pie (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup almond flour or quick oats
02 - 2 cans (500g) of garbanzo or white beans, thoroughly drained
03 - 3 tbsp of oil or a quarter cup of nut butter
04 - 1/4 cup of plain yogurt or applesauce
05 - 2 tsp baking powder
06 - Half a teaspoon of salt
07 - 2 tsp of vanilla (pure extract preferred)
08 - 1/2 tsp of baking soda
09 - 1 1/2 cups unrefined or brown sugar
10 - 1 cup of chocolate chips

# Instructions:

01 - Wash the beans under running water and make sure they're drained well.
02 - Throw all the ingredients except the chocolate chips into a food processor and blend till it's smooth.
03 - Gently fold in the chocolate chips using your hands after blending.
04 - Use some grease or spray on a 9 or 10-inch springform pan, then pour the batter in evenly.
05 - Bake for 35 minutes at 350°F (175°C). Let the dish cool for 10 minutes before taking it out of the pan.
06 - Eat it warm or let it cool longer—your choice! Keep leftovers stored for later.

01 - A food processor works better than a blender if you're aiming for a silky consistency.
