Greek Chicken Tenders (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Marinade

01 - 1 tsp dried thyme
02 - 1 tsp paprika
03 - 1/4 tsp black pepper
04 - 1 lb chicken tenders
05 - 2 tbsp olive oil
06 - Juice from one lemon
07 - 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
08 - 1 tsp dried oregano
09 - 1/2 tsp salt
10 - 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley, for topping

# Instructions:

01 - Grab a big bowl and toss in olive oil, lemon juice, chopped garlic, oregano, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix it all up until smooth.
02 - Drop the chicken tenders into the bowl and stir so everything's coated. Cover it up and chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, or a few hours if you've got the time.
03 - Heat up a grill or a pan over medium-high heat. If you're using a skillet, add a little oil to keep things from sticking.
04 - Take the chicken out of the marinade and let any excess drip off. Cook it for 5-7 minutes per side until it's golden and reaches 165°F (75°C) inside.
05 - Let the chicken sit for a few minutes so it stays juicy. Sprinkle with parsley and enjoy warm.

# Notes:

01 - Letting the chicken soak for up to 2 hours really pumps up the flavor.
