Grab a big bowl and toss in olive oil, lemon juice, chopped garlic, oregano, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix it all up until smooth.

Drop the chicken tenders into the bowl and stir so everything's coated. Cover it up and chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, or a few hours if you've got the time.

Heat up a grill or a pan over medium-high heat. If you're using a skillet, add a little oil to keep things from sticking.

Take the chicken out of the marinade and let any excess drip off. Cook it for 5-7 minutes per side until it's golden and reaches 165°F (75°C) inside.
