→ For the Barbecue

10 - Charcoal
11 - Matches or a barbecue lighter
12 - Fire starters
13 - A glass of water to control flames

# Instructions:

01 - Light a few fire starters on the grate at the bottom of your grill. Once they’re burning, stack the charcoal on top, focusing the heat in the middle.
02 - Warm olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Toss in the grated garlic and chilli slices. Cook gently for 2 minutes before mixing in the lemon zest and juice. Don’t let the garlic brown—it should stay tender and fragrant.
03 - Drizzle half of the warm garlic and olive oil mix over your prawns. Rub the seasoning under the shells so it fully covers each one.
04 - Once the coals turn completely white, they’re ready. Place a clean grilling rack securely on top.
05 - Lay the prawns across the grill. Grill them for about 45 seconds to a minute per side, until lightly charred all over. The shells should turn orange and the flesh inside will become opaque. Splash any big flames with a little water if needed.
06 - Move the grilled prawns to a fresh plate. Pour the rest of the garlicky sauce on top. Serve right away with crusty bread and a squeeze of lemon if you like.
