Juicy Ground Turkey Burgers (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main

01 - 15 g fresh parsley, chopped up
02 - 3 g smoked paprika
03 - 3 g onion powder
04 - 3 g garlic powder
05 - 0.5 g ground black pepper
06 - 5 g kosher salt
07 - 15 ml Dijon mustard
08 - 15 ml mayonnaise
09 - 450 g ground turkey, 93% lean

→ For Cooking

10 - 60 ml olive oil

# Instructions:

01 - Grab those patties from the pan and eat right away with whatever toppings or sides you love.
02 - Set the patties in your hot skillet. Let them cook 5 minutes per side. Look for a golden outside and make sure they're cooked through in the middle.
03 - Pour olive oil into a big pan and heat it on medium. Wait until it's shimmery but not smoking.
04 - Get your hands a little wet, then make four thick patties from the mix, each about 1.25 cm tall.
05 - Using a medium bowl, toss together the ground turkey, mayo, mustard, salt, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and chopped parsley. Mix until it all blends together nicely.

# Notes:

01 - Wet your hands before shaping so the mix won't stick. This also helps all your patties look alike.
02 - Keep each patty the same thickness. That way, they cook the same.
03 - Eat while it's hot. You can put these on buns or just grab your favorite side to go with them.
