01 -
Grab your serving glasses, fill them up with ice, and pour over that cold blueberry lemon tea. Add mint, more lemon slices, and some extra berries on top if you’re feeling fancy.
02 -
Now pour the smashed blueberry-lemon combo into your cooled tea. Stir it all together. Pop it in the fridge until it's nice and cold, or go ahead and serve if you're in a hurry.
03 -
While your tea’s still warm, dump in sugar or honey. Stir until it's totally melted in. Taste and make it as sweet as you want.
04 -
In a mixing bowl, toss together the blueberries, lemon juice, and grated peel. Use a fork or something similar to squish them and let all the juices out.
05 -
Heat up a litre of water, but if you’re going for green tea, don’t make it boiling hot. Put in the tea bags or loose leaves and let it sit for 3 to 5 minutes. Take out the bags or strain it if you need. Leave the tea to cool off until it gets to room temperature.
