Churn Blueberry Lemon Sorbet (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
02 - Zest from half a lemon
03 - 3 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
04 - 120 ml water
05 - 4 cups frozen blueberries

# Instructions:

01 - Dish out scoops into bowls and top with more blueberries or a bit of extra lemon zest if you want. Enjoy right away.
02 - After blending, pour everything into a deep glass dish or loaf pan. Pop a cover on it and let it freeze for at least an hour ‘til it firms up.
03 - Toss frozen blueberries, water, lemon zest, lemon juice, and honey (or maple syrup) into your food processor. Let it run for half a minute or until super smooth.
