Cheesy Brisket BBQ Bowl (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
02 - 16 ounces pasta like shells or pipe rigate
03 - 2 cups shredded leftover brisket (beef)
04 - ½ teaspoon black pepper
05 - ¼ cup barbecue sauce
06 - 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
07 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
08 - ½ teaspoon yellow turmeric powder
09 - 2 ½ cups full-fat milk
10 - ½ teaspoon mustard powder
11 - 1 cup veggie broth
12 - ¼ cup beef broth
13 - 1 ½ cups heavy cream
14 - 1 teaspoon Slap Ya Mama® spice blend
15 - 2 cups of white cheddar cheese (shredded)

# Instructions:

01 - Follow the package instructions to boil the pasta, then drain and put it back in the pot.
02 - Add the milk, broth, and cream into the pot. Stir together and let it gently bubble.
03 - Mix in black pepper, onion powder, mustard powder, turmeric, Slap Ya Mama® seasoning, and garlic powder. Stir to combine.
04 - A little at a time, stir in the shredded cheddar cheeses until smooth and melted.
05 - Lower the heat and let everything cook together for about 5-7 minutes, occasionally stirring.
06 - Heat the leftover brisket with beef broth and barbecue sauce in a medium pot, stirring for a few minutes over medium heat.
07 - Scoop the cheesy pasta into bowls, add some brisket on top, and drizzle more sauce if you like. Serve right away.
08 - Crispy onion strings make a great finishing touch, if you want!
