60 ml Gatorade Frost Glacier Freeze

60 ml Gatorade Zero Sugar Berry Flavored drink

90 ml pineapple juice

Enough ice cubes to chill a tall glass

Gently stream in the Gatorade Frost Glacier Freeze right on top. This layer will merge a bit with the next but the bottom will stay pretty separate.

Drizzle the Gatorade Zero Sugar Berry super slowly over a spoon resting above your drink. You want the glass nearly three-quarters full without mixing it all up.

Slide that pineapple juice in first—aim for just above one-third of your tall glass so the other flavors have room.

Stuff a tall glass with lots of ice. If you want the drink to look cool and layered, set a straw in now before you start pouring everything else.
