→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 pound of ground beef
02 - 2 tablespoons of olive oil
03 - 1/4 cup of diced yellow onion
04 - A packet of taco seasoning or 1/4 cup
05 - A 10-ounce can of Rotel tomatoes, keep the juice
06 - 8 ounces of uncooked spaghetti
07 - 3 cups of water
08 - Shredded cheddar cheese, 4 ounces
09 - 1/2 cup of chopped fresh cilantro

# Instructions:

01 - Warm the olive oil in a skillet, 12 inches wide, over medium heat. Cook the ground beef and onions until the meat loses its pink color and the onions are soft and see-through.
02 - Toss in the taco seasoning, the undrained Rotel tomatoes, water, and the uncooked spaghetti noodles.
03 - Turn the stove to high to bring everything to a boil. Then, drop the heat to low, pop a lid on top, and let it cook gently for about 15 minutes.
04 - Take the pan off the stove. Sprinkle in half the cheddar cheese and stir it around so it melts into the spaghetti and beef.
05 - Scatter the leftover cheese on top, then sprinkle with the cilantro before serving.
