Garlic Mushrooms Cauliflower (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 tbsp lemon juice
02 - 2 tbsp butter
03 - Fresh parsley for decoration
04 - 2 tbsp olive oil
05 - Black pepper as needed
06 - Salt as needed
07 - ½ tsp Italian seasoning
08 - ½ tsp smoked paprika
09 - 8 oz mushrooms, sliced up
10 - 4 garlic cloves, chopped small
11 - ¼ cup Parmesan for optional topping
12 - 1 small cauliflower, broken into florets

# Instructions:

01 - Put olive oil and butter in a big skillet on medium heat.
02 - Toss in the cauliflower and cook it for 5-6 minutes until golden patches show. Add mushrooms next and keep cooking for 4-5 minutes.
03 - Mix in garlic, smoked paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Let it cook for 2 minutes till you can smell the flavors.
04 - Pour over the lemon juice, sprinkle Parmesan if you want, and toss on parsley for a fresh touch. Serve while it's warm.

# Notes:

01 - For an added crunch, sprinkle some toasted almonds or pine nuts on top.
02 - If you like it spicy, throw in a bit of red chili flakes.
03 - For a cheesy twist, stir in some shredded mozzarella before serving.
