Berry Peach Cheesecake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Crust

01 - 1/2 cup butter, melted
02 - 1/4 cup sugar
03 - 1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers

→ Filling and Topping

04 - 1 cup sour cream
05 - 24 oz softened cream cheese
06 - 1 cup sugar
07 - 3 large eggs
08 - 2 peaches, sliced up
09 - 1 tsp vanilla flavoring
10 - 1 cup fresh berries (a mix of strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries)

# Instructions:

01 - Turn the oven on to 325°F (163°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan to prevent sticking.
02 - Mix the crushed crackers, sugar, and butter together. Spread it firmly across the base of the pan.
03 - Whip the cream cheese until it’s super smooth and creamy. Add sugar and vanilla, and keep mixing till it’s well blended.
04 - Toss in one egg at a time, beating the mix thoroughly after each one.
05 - Mix the sour cream into the batter until it combines completely.
06 - Pour the cheesecake batter on the crust. Place the peach slices and berries evenly on top.
07 - Bake it for 50-60 minutes. Let it cool naturally until it reaches room temperature, then refrigerate for 4 hours or more before serving.
