Millionaire Peach Marshmallow Salad (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Salad

01 - 80 g shredded coconut
02 - 227 g whipped topping
03 - 96 g instant vanilla pudding mix
04 - 100 g mini marshmallows
05 - 567 g canned crushed pineapple, drained
06 - 425 g canned peach slices, chopped and drained

→ Nuts (Optional)

07 - 60 g chopped pecans

# Instructions:

01 - Pop your bowl in the fridge for at least an hour so everything really comes together. Once it's nice and cool, bring it out and dig in.
02 - Now, if you want, add the coconut and those pecans. Mix gently so every bite's got a bit of everything.
03 - Toss the whipped topping into the bowl and mix until it all looks creamy with no dry patches.
04 - Sprinkle all that instant vanilla pudding mix over your fruity mix. Give it a good but gentle stir until the powder's gone.
05 - Grab a big mixing bowl and toss in the pineapple, then peaches, then those fluffy mini marshmallows.

# Notes:

01 - Toss on some maraschino cherries at the end if you want a pop of color and a little extra sweetness.
02 - You can whip this up a day early and just keep it covered in the fridge.
