Pistachio Blueberry Mix (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Salad base

01 - 6 ounces chopped butter lettuce
02 - 5 ounces mixed spring greens

→ Toppings

03 - 1/3 cup fresh pomegranate seeds
04 - 1 cup fresh blueberries
05 - 1 to 2 small ripe avocados, sliced
06 - A handful of candied pecans
07 - 1/2 medium red onion, thinly sliced
08 - 2 ounces feta, crumbled
09 - 1 watermelon radish, sliced thin

→ Dressing

10 - Pomegranate creamy dressing

# Instructions:

01 - Spread the butter lettuce and spring mix on a large plate or into bowls, tossing them lightly.
02 - Arrange slices of radish, blueberries, avocado, red onion, crumbled feta, pecans, and pomegranate seeds on top.
03 - Pour a generous amount of pomegranate dressing over the salad right before eating.
04 - If you'd like, sprinkle some freshly cracked black pepper on top.
