Dill Radishes Roast Dish (Print Version)

01 - 2 teaspoons kosher salt
02 - 1 pound radishes, washed and sliced
03 - 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
04 - 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
05 - 1 tablespoon olive oil (extra virgin)

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven temperature to 425°F (220°C) and let it warm up.
02 - Mix the radish slices in a bowl with olive oil, kosher salt, dill, and pepper until they're well coated.
03 - Lay the radishes in a single layer on a baking sheet. Use foil sprayed with cooking spray to keep things from sticking.
04 - Put the tray in the oven and bake for roughly 15–20 minutes, or until they're tender yet slightly crispy.
05 - Let them cool a bit before serving. They're great as a side for any gathering or holiday meal!
