Effortless Tater Tot Sausage Gravy (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1 package frozen tater tots

→ Gravy

02 - Salt, as much as you like
03 - A dash of black pepper, to taste
04 - 480 ml whole milk
05 - 30 g plain flour
06 - 450 g ground breakfast sausage

→ Optional garnishes

07 - Chopped green onions
08 - Shredded cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Top everything off with the green onions and cheese if you're using them. Eat it while it's still hot.
02 - Mix in a bit of salt and pepper till it tastes just right for you.
03 - Keep it simmering and whisking so the milk and everything blends. Let it get nice and thick, around five minutes or so.
04 - Slowly pour in your milk while you whisk it, making sure it all comes together nice and smooth.
05 - Toss your flour over the sausage and stir for a few minutes until everything looks combined.
06 - Heat up a large pan on medium and cook the sausage, busting it up as it browns up.
07 - Bake your tater tots on a tray following the package instructions until they're crispy and golden.
08 - Pile up the hot tater tots in bowls and pour a good amount of sausage gravy on top.
