Effortless Sheet Pan Honey Garlic Kielbasa (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Components

01 - 2 heads broccoli, chopped
02 - 4 small potatoes, chopped
03 - 1 sweet potato, chopped
04 - 1 kielbasa sausage, sliced

→ Sheet Pan Seasoning

05 - pinch black pepper
06 - 1-2 teaspoons kosher salt
07 - 1 tablespoon olive oil

→ Honey Garlic Sauce

08 - 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
09 - 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
10 - 1 tablespoon Dijon or stone-ground mustard
11 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
12 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
13 - 1.5 tablespoons brown sugar
14 - 2 tablespoons honey
15 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
16 - 2 tablespoons olive oil

# Instructions:

01 - Crank the oven up to 200°C (400°F) and let it get nice and hot.
02 - Mix olive oil, butter, honey, brown sugar, garlic, salt, mustard, basil, and oregano together in a bowl until smooth. Scoop out a bit—about 1-2 big spoons—to save for later.
03 - Toss the sweet potato and regular potatoes onto a baking sheet you've drizzled with some olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper, then give everything a good toss so they're all covered.
04 - Scatter sausage slices over the potatoes. Slather with most of that honey garlic sauce but leave the saved part aside. Pop the whole tray in the oven for about 20 minutes.
05 - As the tray bakes, toss the chopped broccoli with olive oil, a dash of salt, and a bit of black pepper. After the first 20 minutes, spread broccoli on the tray and keep roasting for five to ten more minutes, just until the broccoli gets bright green and a little soft.
06 - Take the pan out. Either brush the kielbasa with that sauce you set aside or just drizzle it over everything before you dish it up.

# Notes:

01 - Try purple, Yukon gold, or baby red potatoes if you want your dish to look and taste extra interesting.
02 - Warming up leftovers? Use a hot oven at 175°C (350°F) for ten minutes to keep things tasty.
