Ground Beef Spinach Feta Skillet (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main

01 - Salt and cracked black pepper (season to your liking)
02 - 1 teaspoon (2 g) paprika
03 - 1 teaspoon (2 g) dried oregano
04 - 2 cloves garlic, chopped small
05 - 1 medium onion, diced up
06 - 1 tablespoon (15 ml) olive oil
07 - 2 cups (60 g) chopped fresh spinach
08 - 450 g ground beef

→ Topping

09 - 15 g chopped parsley (use fresh for sprinkling)
10 - 75 g feta, crumbled up

# Instructions:

01 - Scatter the chopped parsley over the top and dish it up while it’s hot.
02 - Once you take the pan off the burner, toss the crumbled feta right over everything so it melts just a bit.
03 - Dump in the spinach, oregano, paprika, black pepper, and salt. Cook a couple more minutes until the spinach slumps and it smells great.
04 - Mix in the beef, breaking it up to brown all over. Give it 5 to 7 minutes and drain off fat if there’s too much.
05 - Warm up your skillet with olive oil on medium. Toss in the onion and garlic and let them go for about 3 or 4 minutes till soft and smell awesome.

# Notes:

01 - Throw in a bit of ground lamb with the beef for a richer taste.
02 - Go for baby spinach if you want everything softer.
03 - A squeeze of lemon juice at the end really wakes it all up.
