Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and give a baking dish a light coat of cooking spray.

Heat butter on medium in a big skillet. Cook the chicken until both sides are toasty, about 5-6 minutes per side.

Toss minced garlic and paprika into the skillet. Give it about a minute, just until it smells great.

Pour in the broth and cream, stirring and scraping up the browned pieces while it gently simmers.

Add shredded jack cheese on top of each piece of chicken, then pop into the oven. Bake without a cover for 20-25 minutes until it’s gooey and golden.

Once baked, give the chicken around 5 minutes to sit. The flavors will develop better this way.
