Chilled Sour Grapes Candy (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 2-3 teaspoons citric acid, or even more if you want extra tang (optional)
02 - 1 cup monk fruit sweetener, granulated
03 - 2 limes, squeezed for juice
04 - 4 cups green grapes, washed really well

# Instructions:

01 - Set the sweet grapes on the parchment-lined tray, giving each a little space. Stick the tray in the freezer for a few hours until everything's solid.
02 - Pop the chilled grapes out of the fridge. Either use your fingers or a spoon to roll each one through the sweet and sour sugar mix so they're totally covered.
03 - Grab a medium bowl and stir your monk fruit sweetener with some citric acid if you'd like a sour burst. Mix it up so it's all blended.
04 - Pour that fresh lime juice right over your clean grapes in a big bowl. Toss 'em around so every grape gets a taste, then stash the bowl in the fridge for about 10 minutes to soak in the zesty flavors.
05 - Put down some parchment on your sheet pan. That way nothing will stick later.

# Notes:

01 - Citric acid gives a sharp kick that brings out the sweet notes for a fun, candy-like blend.
02 - If you don't have monk fruit, swap in Swerve, erythritol, or some organic stevia instead.
03 - Keep your frozen grapes in any airtight freezer bag or container, and they're good for about a month.
04 - Swap the grapes for cotton candy grapes and pour on some simple syrup instead of lime for a treat that gives off big Jolly Rancher energy.
