01 -
Set the sweet grapes on the parchment-lined tray, giving each a little space. Stick the tray in the freezer for a few hours until everything's solid.
02 -
Pop the chilled grapes out of the fridge. Either use your fingers or a spoon to roll each one through the sweet and sour sugar mix so they're totally covered.
03 -
Grab a medium bowl and stir your monk fruit sweetener with some citric acid if you'd like a sour burst. Mix it up so it's all blended.
04 -
Pour that fresh lime juice right over your clean grapes in a big bowl. Toss 'em around so every grape gets a taste, then stash the bowl in the fridge for about 10 minutes to soak in the zesty flavors.
05 -
Put down some parchment on your sheet pan. That way nothing will stick later.
