Combine the sugars with the butter until smooth. Stir all the dry stuff together, then mix it all into one dough. Pop it in the fridge for a couple of hours or so.

Turn the oven on to 175°C (350°F). Flatten the dough with a rolling pin, then use molds or cutters to shape your cookies.

Bake for 10-12 minutes, then let them sit and cool before putting them out to enjoy.
