louisiana remoulade spicy sauce (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 5 ml Worcestershire sauce
02 - 10 ml fresh lemon juice
03 - 4 g dried snipped chives
04 - 2 g sugar if you want
05 - 4 g all-purpose Creole seasoning
06 - 160 ml real mayonnaise
07 - 30 g ready-to-use horseradish
08 - 4 g dried parsley
09 - 5 g chopped garlic
10 - 60 g whole grain mustard
11 - 15 ml ketchup

# Instructions:

01 - Pop it in the fridge for half an hour or longer. This gives all those flavors some time to get to know each other.
02 - Grab all your ingredients and whisk them in a mixing bowl or jug until everything looks nice and creamy.
03 - Pull the sauce out cold and offer it up with sandwiches, burgers, seafood, or fresh veggies.

# Notes:

01 - Want more heat? Just use extra horseradish or toss in more Creole seasoning till it tastes right for you.
