# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - Freshly ground black pepper, toss in as much as you like
02 - Salt, just sprinkle to taste
03 - Pour about 60 millilitres of thick balsamic glaze
04 - About a cup (roughly 20 grams) of basil leaves, whole
05 - Slice up 227 grams of mozzarella, use it fresh
06 - Grab 2 cups (around 300 grams) of strawberries, take off the green tops and slice them

# Instructions:

01 - Give everything a gentle mix for even coating. Dig right in or chill it for half an hour to boost the taste.
02 - Go ahead and add salt and black pepper until it suits your taste buds.
03 - Drizzle the balsamic glaze all over your strawberry-moist cheese blend.
04 - Spread the basil leaves across the top of your strawberries and cheese so it's all nice and green.
05 - Lay out your strawberry slices and mozzarella in a big bowl first.

# Notes:

01 - Grab the juiciest, ripest strawberries you can find for the sweetest bite.
02 - A splash of nice olive oil can up the richness if you're feeling fancy.
03 - It’s best to eat this right after you make it. But if you need to wait, stick it in the fridge for up to 2 hours before digging in.
