# Ingredients:

→ Cookie Dough

01 - 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
02 - 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
03 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
04 - 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
05 - 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
06 - 1 large egg
07 - 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
08 - 3 tablespoons freeze-dried strawberry powder

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
02 - In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
03 - In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.
04 - Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Gently fold in the freeze-dried strawberry powder until the dough is evenly colored.
05 - Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheets, spaced about 2 inches apart. Flatten the balls slightly with the bottom of a glass.
06 - Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheets for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

# Notes:

01 - Increase the amount of freeze-dried strawberry powder for a more intense flavor.
02 - Be careful not to overmix the dough to keep the cookies tender.
03 - Store the cookies in an airtight container to maintain freshness.
04 - Freeze-dried strawberry powder provides a more concentrated flavor.
05 - Freeze the dough for up to 3 months and bake as needed.
