Summer Peach Blend (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup almond milk
02 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
03 - 1/2 cup coconut yogurt
04 - 2 cups of chopped peaches, fresh or frozen
05 - 1 tablespoon of agave or maple syrup (optional)
06 - 1 tablespoon chia seeds or flaxseeds for an optional boost
07 - A handful of ice if your peaches aren't frozen

# Instructions:

01 - Peel and chop fresh peaches into smaller bits, or skip this if you're using them frozen to make your smoothie colder. If they're frozen, you can forget about adding ice.
02 - Toss the peaches, almond milk, yogurt, vanilla, the optional syrup, and ice (if your peaches aren't frozen) into the blender. You can add chia or flax seeds if you'd like a bit more nutrition.
03 - Whiz everything together on high speed until it's smooth and creamy. If needed, stop to scrape the sides and don't let any bits stay unblended.
04 - Give your smoothie a quick taste. If it's not sweet enough, add a little more maple syrup or agave. Blend again for a moment to mix it all in.
05 - Pour into glasses and drink up immediately for the freshest taste. You could toss a peach slice on top or sprinkle some chia for a little extra flair.
