Effortless Cinnamon Apple Chips (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For Baking

01 - Nonstick spray

→ Main Ingredients

02 - 1 teaspoon white sugar
03 - 2 teaspoons cinnamon powder
04 - 4 McIntosh apples, cored and cut into thin slices (about 3–6 mm)

# Instructions:

01 - Once the apple chips are cool to the touch, drop them into a jar with a lid or any container that seals. They'll keep good for up to 4 days.
02 - Slide the trays into your heated oven. Let the apples bake for about 2 or 3 hours till they dry out but haven’t turned totally crisp. If you’re using more than one tray, switch their places around halfway for even drying.
03 - Set parchment on your baking tray or give it a quick spray with oil. Spread the apple slices out flat, making sure none lay on top of each other. If you’ve got extra, grab another tray.
04 - Toss your cored apple slices into a big bowl. Add sugar and cinnamon, sprinkle over the apples. Use your hands or a spoon to mix everything until each slice looks coated.
05 - Crank your oven to 200°F (that’s about 95°C) to get it ready.

# Notes:

01 - If you slice apples thick, you’ll get softer chips. For a crispier batch, cut all those slices about the same thinness.
