Glaze Donut Mug Cake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Mug Cake Base

01 - 2.5 milliliters vanilla extract
02 - 42 grams unsalted butter, melted
03 - 45 milliliters whole milk
04 - 1.25 grams baking powder
05 - 25 grams granulated sugar
06 - 32 grams all-purpose flour

→ Sugar Glaze

07 - 1.25 milliliters vanilla extract
08 - 5 milliliters whole milk
09 - 8 grams powdered sugar

# Instructions:

01 - Grab a bowl and whisk the milk, the melted butter, sugar, and vanilla all together till the mix looks smooth and blended.
02 - Now add the baking powder and flour to your wet mix. Stir away till you can’t see any more dry spots and the batter looks good and even.
03 - Scoop the batter into a big mug that’s safe for the microwave, but only fill it halfway or you’ll have a mess when it cooks.
04 - Pop the mug in the microwave and cook it on high for about 1 or 2 minutes. The cake should puff up and the top shouldn’t look wet any more.
05 - In a little bowl, mix together your powdered sugar, some milk, and just a bit of vanilla until you have a nice runny icing.
06 - Pour that glaze right over the steaming mug cake and you’re good to go.

# Notes:

01 - Let your mug cake hang out for a minute before you pour on the glaze so it sets up just right.
