Take the pan off the stove and wait for your sauce to cool down all the way. Once it's not hot anymore, pour into a container with a lid. Pop it in the fridge, will keep for a week.

Turn down the heat and keep whisking for another 5 minutes. Don’t stop stirring till it gets thicker.

Whisk while heating the pan up to a gentle bubble. Keep boiling (and never stop stirring) for 5 minutes so it doesn’t stick.

Toss all your measured stuff in a saucepan that’s medium-sized.
