Tropical Sunset Layered Mocktail (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Garnish

01 - Fresh mint (if you like)
02 - Slice of orange or a cherry

→ Main ingredients

03 - A handful of ice cubes
04 - 15 ml grenadine syrup
05 - 60 ml sparkling water or lemon-lime soda
06 - 60 ml pineapple juice (that’s up to you, makes it more tropical)
07 - 120 ml orange juice

# Instructions:

01 - Pop an orange slice or cherry on top, tuck in some mint if you want. Serve right away. Folks can swirl it a bit if that’s their thing.
02 - Trickle the grenadine syrup gently along the side of the glass or pour it over a spoon so it sits at the bottom. Hold off on stirring to keep the cool color swirl.
03 - Splash in your soda or sparkling water and watch it fizz up.
04 - Add the pineapple juice (if you’re feeling it) then the orange juice over your ice.
05 - Start by piling ice cubes into a big glass so everything stays cool and layered.

# Notes:

01 - If you want less sugar, swap out grenadine for pomegranate juice.
02 - Try using mango or passion fruit juice for a new twist on flavor.
03 - For extra bubbles, go with ginger ale or pick a sparkling water with a fun taste.
