# Ingredients:

→ Cake

01 - 1 box yellow cake mix (Duncan Hines or Betty Crocker)
02 - 1-8 oz block cream cheese, softened (or sub with 8 oz sour cream)
03 - 4 eggs
04 - 2/3 cup oil
05 - 3/4 cup brown sugar
06 - 2 teaspoons cinnamon

→ Icing

07 - 2 cups powdered sugar
08 - 2-3 tablespoons milk
09 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
02 - Blend softened cream cheese with eggs until smooth. Add dry cake mix and oil, blending just enough to combine.
03 - Layer half the cake mix in a greased 9x13 baking dish, sprinkle with brown sugar-cinnamon mixture, and top with remaining cake mix.
04 - Bake for 30-35 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cover with foil if the top browns too quickly.
05 - Whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract. Pour half the icing over the warm cake, then let it cool and pour the remaining icing over the top.
06 - Allow the cake to cool fully before slicing and serving.

01 - Substitute with 8 oz sour cream if preferred.
02 - Bake the cake and add the icing before serving.
03 - Use any yellow cake mix you prefer.
