Yogurt Bake Berries (Print Version)

01 - 4 eggs, large
02 - 2 cups of plain Greek yogurt
03 - 1 teaspoon pure vanilla
04 - 3 tablespoons of cornstarch
05 - 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
06 - 1 and 1/2 cups fresh berries, split

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F and line a square 8x8 pan with parchment. Put it aside for now.
02 - In a big bowl, whisk together yogurt, eggs, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla until smooth. Sprinkle in cornstarch, mix again until the batter looks smooth.
03 - Gently mix in 1 cup of berries, stirring just a bit. Pour into the lined pan and sprinkle the leftover 1/2 cup berries over the top.
04 - Pop the dish into the oven and bake for 45 minutes, or until the center is firm and not wobbly anymore. Take it out and let it cool mostly.
05 - Cut into 9 squares and serve as is or with an extra drizzle of maple syrup if you'd like.

# Notes:

01 - To store: Keep it in the fridge in an airtight container for about 5 days.
02 - For freezing: Seal in a container and freeze up to 3 months. Let it sit on the counter for a few hours or thaw in the fridge overnight.
