Set your oven to 350°F and line a square 8x8 pan with parchment. Put it aside for now.

In a big bowl, whisk together yogurt, eggs, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla until smooth. Sprinkle in cornstarch, mix again until the batter looks smooth.

Gently mix in 1 cup of berries, stirring just a bit. Pour into the lined pan and sprinkle the leftover 1/2 cup berries over the top.

Pop the dish into the oven and bake for 45 minutes, or until the center is firm and not wobbly anymore. Take it out and let it cool mostly.

Cut into 9 squares and serve as is or with an extra drizzle of maple syrup if you'd like.
