Creamy Garlic Salmon Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the Salmon

01 - 2 salmon filets (6 ounces each), skin removed
02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
03 - 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice (1-2 limes, squeezed)
04 - ½ teaspoon garlic, minced
05 - ½ teaspoon paprika
06 - ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
07 - ¼ teaspoon black pepper

→ For the Garlic Cream Sauce

08 - 4 tablespoons (½ stick) unsalted butter
09 - ¼ cup (59.5g) heavy cream
10 - 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
11 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, minced
12 - ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
13 - ¼ teaspoon black pepper

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the air fryer to 390°F. Spray the basket with nonstick cooking spray.
02 - Pat the salmon filets dry with a paper towel. Cut each filet into 1-inch squares.
03 - In a medium bowl, combine olive oil, lime juice, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper. Pour the mixture over the salmon bites and gently toss to coat.
04 - Working in batches, place the salmon bites in an even layer in the air fryer basket (do not overcrowd). Air fry for 4-5 minutes, flip, and repeat on the opposite side until the salmon reaches an internal temperature of 140-145°F. Transfer the cooked salmon to a bowl.
05 - In a medium saucepan over medium heat, add butter, heavy cream, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper. Stir until the butter is melted and the mixture is fully combined and heated through (4-5 minutes).
06 - Pour the garlic cream sauce over the salmon bites and serve over mashed potatoes or rice.

# Notes:

01 - Ensure the salmon is patted dry before seasoning to help the coating stick better.
02 - For a lighter sauce, substitute heavy cream with half-and-half or whole milk.
