07 - 6 8-inch flour tortillas

# Let's Cook!:

01 - In a small mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sour cream, ¼ cup sugar, lemon zest, and vanilla until smooth. Gently fold in the diced strawberries.
02 - Lay out a tortilla and spoon 2 tablespoons of filling onto one side. Fold the edge over, then fold in the sides. Roll up tightly, ensuring the filling doesn’t spill out.
