01 - 1 pound 93/7 ground chicken
02 - 2 garlic cloves, minced
03 - 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced
04 - ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
05 - ½ tablespoon low sodium soy sauce (or gluten-free tamari)
06 - 1 teaspoon sesame oil
07 - 3 scallions, finely chopped
08 - 1 large egg
09 - ⅓ cup panko (plain or gluten-free)

→ Sauce

10 - ¼ cup low sodium soy sauce (or gluten-free tamari)
11 - 1 teaspoon corn starch
12 - 1 tablespoon honey
13 - 1 teaspoon sriracha hot sauce
14 - 1 clove fresh garlic, minced
15 - 1 teaspoon fresh ginger
16 - 1 teaspoon sesame oil
17 - Sesame seeds and fresh scallions, for garnish

# Let's Cook!:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Combine meatball ingredients in a bowl and shape into 16 meatballs. Arrange on the baking sheet.
03 - Bake for 12-15 minutes until cooked through.
04 - Whisk sauce ingredients in a skillet over low heat until it thickens.
05 - Toss meatballs in the sauce and garnish with sesame seeds and scallions.
06 - Enjoy immediately.
